Abstract(in English) | 153 and 105W random and linear polarization 1064-nm continuous wave TEM_<00>mode IR beam was generated. These numbers are, what we believe the highest numbers obtained with coutinuous-wave LD pumped solid-state lasers. We also generated 500W pulse-mode IR beam with a beam quality of M^2=4 by use of a quasi-cw LD pumped Nd : YAG laser. Focusing beam diameter or the 500W pulse-mode IR beam was measured to be less than 50μm. |
