High-Average Power optical parametric oscillator based on MgO doped PPLN

Abstract(in English) We have demonstrated high average power, room temperature operation of PPMgLN OPO. A high brightness, high repetition rate Q-switched Nd : YAG rod laser was used as a pump laser and the PPMgLN of 1mm-thickness was used for OPO. Maximum conversion power of 60.2-W with conversion efficiency of 61.1% was obtained for signal wavelength(1.57μm)and idler wavelength(3.3μm). Near degenerate OPO, conversion power of 57-W was obtained with slope efficiency 82.2%, conversion efficiency 71.4%.
