Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A single frequency Q-switched pulse lasers are useful as light sources for high-precision spectroscopic sensing and non-linear optics. We have developed a compact high-power single frequency LD pumped Q-switch Nd:YAG laser. The average output power was 3.1 W with optical efficiency of 16 % at 10 kHz repetition frequency. The line width was estimated to be 4.8 MHz from the pulse width of 92 ns. The stabilization of the laser frequency was achieved using the etalon as a frequency discriminator.
