Polarization switching of the single-mode 633nm He-Ne laser in the injection locking by reflection light

Abstract(in English) The polarization switching caused by feedback from a tunable secondary optical cavity with a λ/4 plate has been measured in the single mode 633nm He-Ne laser with internal mirrors. It depends on the power of optical injection and the angle between the laser axis and λ/4 plate axis. We clarified these dependences and the mechanism of the polarization switching by simulation using the vectorical theory.
