Abstract(in English) Optical wavelength division multiplexing(WDM)systems are researched because it could increase the transmission capacity and system flexibility. In order to realize WDM systems, optical matrix switch is required. The electrooptic effect of LiNbO_3 is large and the propagation loss of waveguide in LiNbO_3 is small. We present the optical switch array using LiNbO_3 for the optical WDM systems.
