Abstract(in English) | Joining of quartz crystal units have been developed under the condition of200℃ to 300℃ on the low temperature in lower vacuum. These are applicable to the manufactures of quartz crystal mechanical polishing and the realization of ideal package less crystal resonators. After unified with two AT-cut crystal blanks of same cutting directions by diffusion joining or room temperature joining of metal film interface, frequencies up to 100MHz on the fundamental are being made double-sided mechanical polishing. In adjusted polishing, cvaporating and vacuum sealing process by using an AT-cut crystal blank, the outline dimension of the prototype perfectly unified package less crystal resonator is φ5mm×0.23mm. |
