Abstract(in English) The ultrafast coherent control of excitons in semiconductors have been reported using Michelson interferometer with precise control of the pulse interval in time domain. In improving the controllability and manipulation the coherent excitons in nano-structures, the pulse shaping technique is a more attractive candidate. In this paper, we report the ultrafast manipulation of coherent excitons in quantum wells using phase-locked femtosecond multi-pulses generated by pulse shaping technique.
