Electro-Optic Sampling Detection of Teraherz Radiation

Abstract(in English) We discuss the detection properties in the electro-optic sampling of the terahertz radiation. The experimental results for the detection of THz radiation by using ZnTe, ZnSe and ZnS crystals are presented, and their detection bandwidth and efficiency are explained by the absorption and the phase matching condition in the electro-optic crystals.
