Abstract(in English) We fabricated ultrafast photpconductive switches on a thin absorption layer of GaAs at the thickness of 2μm by using an atomic force for micro anodization. The full width at half maximum response time of 810fs was obtained at bias voltage of 4V. This structure reduces the show-tail which was measured by a ultrafast EO sampling system
