Abstract(in English) We fabricated an arrayed waveguide grating(AWG)using cross-linked silicone which has large thermo-optic coefficient. The AWG had optical properties of polarization-independence, a low insertion loss, and a high extinction ratio. We demonstrated the temperature controlled AWG as a wavelength tunable filter over a wide range.
