Abstract(in English) Plastic MiniDIL transmitter modules which meets the access network system applications are proposed as low-cost solutions. Their performances specified to OC3(STM1)and OC12(STM4)were confirmed with the reliability test results longer than 2,000 hours under biased 85C, 85% condition.
