Abstract(in English) Pumping Laser in 1480nm incorporating a passive wavelength selective element in optical fiber(Fiber Bragg grating)can be produced with far better wavelength control relative to temperature or current injection changes. We have simulated about the effective reflectivity of the external resonator formed by laser chip HR end facet to fiber Bragg grating reflection point. The multi-mode resonating mode spectrum was being predicted which matched with experimental result well. Also the output power is predicted accurately by considering the spatial hole burning effect of the laser chip amd the effective reflectivity of the external resonator.
