Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We measured the light output change and the oscillation wavelength shift of visible and infrared semiconductor lasers of different inner structure originated from a magnetic field. From the experimental result, we thought that the characteristic changes of the near infrared semiconductor laser are due to the temperature rise inside the semiconductor laser. However, by using the semiconductor laser which oscillates at a different oscillation wavelength and has a different inner structure, we obtained the result which can't be explained by the effect of temperature. Therefore, we contrived the new shift theory which includes the carrier density change. We report our experiment to test the shift mechanism in detail.
