Miniature parametric oscillators by using Q-switched microchip lasers

Abstract(in English) Miniature optical parametric oscillator (OPO) has been studied extensively. We tried to use organic crystals in order to reduce OPO threshold. An AANP crystal is one of candidate as the miniature OPO because its highly nonlinear optical coefficient, 80 pm/V. Simultaneously, we have developed highly peak power miniature Q-switched green lasers for OPO pump sources. Currently, we are modifying red lasers as AANP-OPO pump sources.
