Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Absorption and electroabsorption spectra of poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) films doped with three kinds of substituted phthalocyanines (H_2Pc(t-bu)_4, NiPc(t-bu)_4, PbPc(t-bu)_4) were measured. Third-order nonlinear susceptibilities X^<(3)>(-ω;ω,0,0) were calculated from the electroabsorption spectra. PbPc(t-bu)_4 was found to form the charge transfer state from the deconvolution calculation of absorption and electroabsorption spectra. It was suggested with comparison between NiPc(t-bu)_4 and PbPc(t-bu)_4 that the shuttlecock structure is necessary to form the charge transfer state.
