Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The self-sustained pulsation in semiconductor lasers are practically in use to be an excellent method to reduce the optical feedback noise. However, it is also reported in experiment that the feedback noise is not well suppressed under several conditions even the laser reveals the self-sustained pusation. This report describe a theretical analysis of the feeback noise in semiconductor lasers which can generate the self-sustained pulsation. Treatment of this report is basing on the two mode competition theory. |
