Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have studied a standing-wave and traveling-wave cavity configuration of intracavity frequency-doubled, single axial-and transverse-mode Nd:YAG lasers for cw high-power systems. Using a microchip laser, the output power was limited below 2.6W with multi-transverse-mode. In order to obtain a stable laser cavity, we have analized the cavity g-parameter. Maximum output power of 3.1W was realised with M^2<1.4. In the intracavity frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser using a KTP crystal, 1W green beam was obtained with M^2<1.6.
