| 抄録(和) | 2次の非線形係数を持つスラブ導波路にグレーティングを施した結合器に平面波が入射した場合の導波モードや第2高調波への結合特性について調べている。入射波と第2高調波との結合効率は, 入射角, グレーティング長, グレーティングの周期に依存していることがわかり, 最大値を与える最適パラメータについて検討を行なっている。 |
| 抄録(英) | The coupling property between the incident wave, the guided wave and the SH wave in the grating coupler which has secondary nonlinear coefficients is investigated. The coupling efficiency between the incident wave and the SH wave depends on the incident angle, the grating length, and the period of the grating the optimam parameter, which the maximam coupling efficiency is given for isexamined. |
