Coupling efficiency of second-harmonic wave in the input grating coupler

Abstract(in English) The coupling property between the incident wave, the guided wave and the SH wave in the grating coupler which has secondary nonlinear coefficients is investigated. The coupling efficiency between the incident wave and the SH wave depends on the incident angle, the grating length, and the period of the grating the optimam parameter, which the maximam coupling efficiency is given for isexamined.
