Abstract(in English) A new coaxially excited pulsed CO2 laser has been developed without any kind of high voltage switch such as thyratron or spark gap. The discharge tube of 30cm in length provided 40mJ output energy pulse. The repetition rate reached up to 100Hz of limitannt of power supply circuit.
