Abstract(in English) High power laser diode (LD) arrays is very important for pumping solid state laser as it is high efficiency, long life and compact size. We have developed 0.8μm band high power LD arrays and evaluated their characteristics. LD arrays are composed 1cm LD bars. With 12 stack×3 LD array, 3.5kW Peak power was obtained under the Quasi-CW conditions.
