Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A weak saturated absorption signal of molecular iodine was enhanced one hundredfold placing an iodine cell inside an external cavity. The enhancement factor depend on the mirror configuration of the external cavity. Using the third derivative signal of the enhanced saturated absorption signal, the diode laser was frequency stabilized to f component of the 5-5 band P(84) line with a stability of ±300kHz.
