Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We observed THz oschillation in the emission in the surface normal direction from a semiconductor microcavity with quantum well layers in it, which was resonantly pumped with obli quely incident 100 fs optical pulses. By analysing the dependence of its oscillation frequencies on incidence angle of pump beam and the spectra of emitted light, we discuss on the physical origin of the oscillations.
