Abstract(in English) The recent development of near-infrared tunable solid state lasers opens new applications such as high resolution spectroscopy, pollution monitoring laser radar and fiber optic communications. The purpose of this paper is to report the characteristics of diode-pumped cw Er,Yb:phosphate glass micro(microchip)lasers at 1535 nm and the analysis of high power,single mode and thermal characteristics.
