Abstract(in English) Second order nonlinearity of radio frequency sputtered Corning 7059 glass film on the Pyrex glass substrate was remarkably exhibited by corona poling.Phase-matched blue second harmonic generation was observed,using the modal dispersion relation of the waveguide.The phenomenological mechanism responsible for the induced second order nonlinearity is also considered.
