Abstract(in English) We employed the μ-pulling down method by which a KLN can be form ed as a small diameter fiber with high growth rate.Fewer thermal distortions and dislocations would be introduced in the thinner fiber crystals.This system also would make possible to grow non- congruently melting crystal with uniform composition and high quality.By using these fibers,we observed bluish-purple light by frequency doubling of cw Ti:saphhire laser at RT,indicating the goal of transferring it later to diode laser.
