Abstract(in English) We propose a wavelength locking system of a laser diode,wherein an optical bandpass filter is inserted in a confocal optical system consisted of the laser diode and an external mirror.Then the noise for the laser diode was examined when the reflectivity of the external mirror and the length between the laser diode and the mirror were changed.The second harmonic generation(SHG)blue laser was developed,using this wavelength locking system and a quasi phase matched SHG device based on LiTaO_3.
