Abstract(in English) Bulk domain reversal grating's of LiTaO_3 fabricated by means of a direct electrical field at room temperature were characterized with the SHG experiment using the quasi-phase matching.The domain reversal has been achieved for the entire region of the crystal thickness of 500μm.The domain period down to 7.5μm was successful ly formed.The conversion efficiency of 1.6%, Wcm almost coincided with the theoretical value of 1.3 %/Wcm.These show bulk domain reversal grating is very useful for nonlinear optical processes with the high efficiency,and would open the various types of nonlinear optical devices and integrated micro-lasers.
