Abstract(in English) We have been studying hybrid external cavity laser where grating and LD are integrated on Si substrate. First, we show that we can suppress temperature dependent mode hopping by incorporating silicone between the LD and the grating. Then, We fabricate 4-wavelength external cavity laser whose oscillation wavelength is controlled to the ITU-grid, by controlling the Bragg wavelength of the grating.
