Abstract(in English) We studied a fiber management on board(FMOB)technique. The FMOB technique consists of a fiber physical contact connector, a PLC connector, and an optical fiber circuit. The FMOB technique replace conventional fusion splicing and installing by fiber wiring component. We applied the FMOB technique to an 8x16 delivery and coupling switch board for the photonic transport system. We realized enough optical performance for practical use, high density integration, and high productivity.
