Abstract(in English) Terahertz(THz)-wave generation has been achieved in 4-N, N-dimethylamino-4'-N'-methyl-stilbazolium tosylate crystal by nonlinear difference frequency mixing with a KTiOPO_4(KTP)optical parametric oscillator. Continuously tunable THz waves of 0.2 to 1.4 THz were generated by angle-tuning the KTP crystal.
