Abstract(in English) | Spotsize-converter integrated arrayed waveguide grating (SS-AWG) was fabricated with low loss (<7dB), low polarization dependent loss (PDL ave. 0.2dB), uniform channel intensity(<2.5dB). The fiber coupling tolerance is enlarged to about ±2μm by integrating the spotsize converter. |
