Abstract(in English) We are stabilizing an oscillation wavelength of a semiconductor laser using the Rb-D_2 absorption line (780.02nm), but present optical communication systems are using 1.5μm wavelength region. Therefore, if we apply out stabilization systems to stabilize the SHG (Second-Harmonic Generation) of 1.56μm semiconductor laser, we can obtain the stabilized inner SHG of a seminconductor laser, however, is very weak comparing with the fundamental wave, therefore, we increased the fundamental wave and so the SHG output by using the optical feedback technique.
