| 抄録(和) | 同軸導波管の内部導体表面に誘電体薄膜を装荷し、そこから一定距離離れたところを, 有限の厚さの環状相対論的電子ビームがドリフトしている円形チェレンコフレーザの3次元モデルを考える。粒子シミュレーションの手法を用いて, 電子ビームの非線形性を考慮に入れ, 上記モデルにおける電磁波の増幅特性および電子ビームの運動エネルギーから電磁波へのエネルギー変換効率について論じている.また, 従来の解析で用いられてきた2次元モデルの妥当性について検討している. |
| 抄録(英) | For a three-dimensional cylindrical Cherenkov laser composed of a dielectric-loaded coaxial waveguide and an annular relativistic electron beam of finite thickness, the nonlinear characteristics and energy transfer efficiency are investigated, with the aid of particle simulation, allowing for the nonlinear properties of the electron beam. In addition, the validity of the simplifying assumption in the conventional two-dimensional analyses is discussed. |
