Abstract(in English) This paper describes the design, fabrication, and performance of internally matched high power amplifiers with a tournament structure employing asymmetric 2-way power splitting and combining circuits. The asymmetric 2-way power splitting and combining circuits comprised of branch lines with different impedance and offset T-junction provide equal power splitting and combining characteristics, leading to an improvement of gain, power, and efficiency of the amplifier.
