| 抄録(和) | 本報告では, ホトリフラクティブBaTiO_3結晶における交差偏光4波混合の位相共役反射率の特性を, ポンプ光の減衰を考慮に入れて初めて解析する.まず, 位相整合状態において, 交差偏光4波混合の常光線, 異常光線の結合に対する結合係数を導出, 数値計算し, これらの係数の比が, 結晶方位角度に対して簡単な関数に近似できることを示す.次に, 格子積分法を用いて交差偏光4波混合の結合波動方程式を解き, 結合係数間の関係を用いて, 位相共役反射率のビーム強度比や光線入射角に対する特性を数値計算し, 最適な入射角度や結晶方位角の条件を明らかにする. |
| 抄録(英) | Phase conjugate reflectivity of cross polarized four-wave mixing with photorefractive BaTiO_3 crystal in consideration of pump beams depletion is analyzed for the first time.First, coupling coefficients for ordinarily polarized coupling beams and extraordinarily polarized coupling beams are derived and calculated.The ratio of these coefficients is approximated to a simple trigonometric function with the relative angle between the crystal axis and the interaction direction.Next, the phase conjugate reflectivity of cross polarized four-wave mixing is derived by the grating-integral method and calculated for several beam intensities, the orientaion angle of the crystal, and the incident beam angles by using the relation of the coefficients.In addition, the condition suitable for efficient beam coupling is also discussed. |
