| Abstract(in English) | Optical signals would be degraded by loss,crosstalk and noises due to analogue photonic devices.In contrast,digital photonic devices can switch and process optical signals with the digital regeneration.The fundamental requirements for degital photonic devices will be discussed and the characteristics of developed devices and their applications will be reviewed. |
