Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Full wave FD-TD analysis has been carried out for single or paired coaxial probes inserted into a rectangular waveguide, including cases for large diameter and extension length of probe structure. For the probe structures, field distribution in waveguide and coaxial probe were calculated. Reflection coefficient and equivalent admittance of the probe agreed very well with experimental results. Maximum operating power which ought to be taken into account for high power application has been also discussed.
