Abstract(in English) Toward the realization of ultrafast optoelectronic devices, we have fabricated GaAs/AlGaAs Coupled quantum wires by flow rate modulation MOCVD growth on V-grooved substrate and observed its optical characteristics. Coupling effect as well as one dimensional quantum-effect were clearly observed for the first time.
