Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) FH/M-ary Multilevel FSK system(abb.MMFSK)can send almost twice or more information bits per unit time using the same bandwidth and the same number of levels compared to conventional FH systems. In our former paper on MMFSK mobile system we adopted the method of error rate analysis similar to that used in FH/Multilevel mobile system proposed by D.J.Goodman, P.S.henry and V.K.Prabhu, that is, to derive approximate error rate from a postulated threshold level and the average signal to noise ratio. In this paper instead we derive the theoretical error rate of MMFSK system in AWGN environment using geometrical representation method shown by E.ARTHURS and H.DYM Typical result of error rate analysis on MMFSK system are shown.
