High Frequency Resolution 2.4GHz band Rapid Frequency Change Synthesizer

Abstract(in English) Frequency synthesizer which is able to change output frequency at high speed is indispensable to Fast Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum(FFH-SS)communication. So, we suggested previously fast hopping frequency synthesizer which output frequency is changed to by using difference of phase-errors, and it is shown that the synthesizer isn't influenced by phase gap of VCO output when output frequency is changed, and that it can raise hopping rate to half rate of reference frequency. But this synthesizer has defect that upper limit of hopping rate becomes low in inverse proportion to frequency resolution when frequency resolution becomes high. In this paper, we suggest GHz band frequency synthesizer which is able to keep up hopping rate and raise output frequency resolution. Use that the inclination of the integrator is like a straight line with this form. Then, synthesizer output converges by complement value of the integrator corresponding to non-integer divider's ratio(decimal)between value of the integrator corresponding to two adjoining integer divider's ratio.
