Proposition of an Estimation Method for the Feedback Control Filter Coefficients

Abstract(in English) The active noise control system requires the process of estimating the impulse response samples of the feedback path and giving these as the coefficients of the error path filter previously. The impulse response should be assumed to change after that. This change increases the difference between the impulse response and the coefficients and makes the performance of the system unstable. Therefore, many procedures to update the coefficients even while the noise is actively controlled, have been proposed. This paper proposes a method to estimate the coefficients solving the simultaneous equations made from the coefficients of the prediction filter applied to the input of the noise control filter, by giving the two distinct coefficient sets to the noise control filter or the feedback control filter. This paper also introduces the method to solve the simultaneous equations by an identification technique.
