Abstract(in English) In this paper,we describe the history and the current status of standardization of wireless LAN.From the technical point of view, furthermore,we discuss implementations of wireless LANs, characteristics of physical medium and techniques of physical layer,a medium access control method and an error control technique for medium access control sublayer.Additionally,we present the network layer functions in order to support of mobile stations.
