A Study on Spectral Efficiency of SSMA

Abstract(in English) In Spread-Spectrum Multiple-Access(SSMA),spectral efficiency are limited by co-channel interference(CCI)which are due to non- orthogonality of spreading sequence.In this paper,we propose new SSMA systems in which the power or processing gain of each user are weighted and show that the new system has spectral efficiency beyond the value of log_2e = 1.44.
