Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have implemented a Local Positioning System(LPS) based on a DS/SS (Direct-Sequence/Spread-Spectrum) modulation method. The correlation of DS/SS signals are carried out asynchronously at fixed base stations using ZnO/Si SAW convolver. The position of a moving station is determined by phase difference of reference PN codes among three fixed base stations with an accuracy of less than 21m at Eb/No>23dB.
