Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A multi-stage co-channel interference and noninear distortion cancellation technique is proposed and analyzed for a direct scquence CDMA (DS/CDMA) system in optical transmission. The radio signals of DS/CDMA are converted from the electricl signals to the optical signals at a cellular base station for optical feedering. In the system, the co-channel interference and the laser diode nonlinearity limit the number mobile DS/CDMA radio signals. The nonlinear distortion can be derived by a third-order polynomial without memory which presents laser diode nonlinearity. In this paper, a multi-stage interference cancellation technique is used to cancel multi-user interference and nonlinear distortion of a DS/CDMA system in optical feedering. The results are useful for CDMA system design.
