Combination of cochannel interference cancellation and decoding of error correcting code for DS/CDMA

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a cascade of cochannel interference (CCI) cancellers including a decoder of an error correcting code which aims to accurately cancel the CCI in asynchronous direct sequence code division multiple access (DS, CDMA) system.In this scheme, canceller creates more accurate replica of the CCI as the number of canceller stages increase,because error propagation and misadjustment of canceller can be reduced by error correcting code. Moreover,we investigate some methods to update the tap coefficients of adaptive digital filters in canceller.Computer simulations show performance of the proposed scheme.
