A Study on Information Prediction in the Inter-Vehicle Communication Networks

Abstract(in English) An inter-vehicle communication network will be necessary to realize Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) for decreasing traffic accidents and traffic congestion. This paper describes the network that each vehicle transmits the information with the same broadcasting power. Each vehicle transmits the location, velocity, acceleration and so on. If all the user have the same information predictor, only the essential information is required to be sent. It is described that such a network can reduce the traffic load and upgrade the network performance and safety. In addition, We propose a safety index to evaluate the network performance.
