Abstract(in English) We have developed a spectrum-de-spreading LSI for spread spectrum (SS) wireless LAN receiver using coherent detection method with Costas loop. The LSI incorporates ADF (Analog Digital Filter) techniques in matched filter used for spectrum-de-spreading function. The power consumption with Vdd=3.0 V of LSI at 64 (18dB) process gain and 4.096 Mcps chip rate was 174mW. In this paper, SS Wireless LAN receiver configuration, the specification of the spectrum-de-spreading LSI, and basic concept of ADF were discussed. The matched filter operation, static BER performance, gain linearity, and power consumption were experimentally evaluated.
