Neimark-Sacker Bifurcation in a Symmetrical Tri-phase Duffing Circuit

Abstract(in English) Quasi-periodic oscillations in a tri-phase Duffing circuit are studied by using bifurcation analysis. The circuit is composed of three RLC nonlinear resonannt circuits coupled with linear resistors, symmetrical tri-phase sinusoidal input and direct current. Jump and hysteresis phenomena occur at tangent bifurcations. We found that Neimark-Sacker bifurcation is observed in a parameter space near the tangent bifurcations. Asymmetrical periodic oscillations generated from the Neimark-Sacker bifurcation curve are analyzed.
